چکیده

از جمله ارکان و اجزای اصلی یک نظام نظارت بانکی مؤثر، چارچوب مقرراتی آن به شمار می‎رود، به‎گونه‎ای که انجام مسئولیت‎های نظارتی بدون برخورداری از مقرراتی جامع و مانع امکان‎پذیر نیست. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، ارتباط بین مقررات‌گذاری احتیاطی بر سرمایه و ریسک‎پذیری بانک‎ها با نقش تعدیلگری کارایی سرمایه‎گذاری است. جامعه آماری، کلیه بانک‎های پذیرفته‎شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. بازه زمانی انجام تحقیق سال‎های 1391 تا 1397 است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، از اطلاعات بیست بانک استفاده شد. در این تحقیق نشان داده شده است که با کارایی سرمایه‎گذاری، مقررات احتیاطی، سرمایه بانک‎ها را افزایش و ریسک‎پذیری آنها را کاهش می‌دهد. همچنین مقررات احتیاطی رفتار احتیاطی بانک‎ها را از طریق کاهش ریسک‎پذیری و افزایش سرمایه بانک‎ها، افزایش می‎دهد که نشان می‎دهد اکثر بانک‎های کشور در سال‎های اخیر در راستای چارچوب‎های نظارتی و مقررات بین‎المللی حرکت کرده‌اند.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study is the relationship between prudential regulation of capital and banks' risk-taking with the moderating role of investment efficiency. The statistical population is all banks and financial institutions listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The research period includes the years 1391 to 1397. To achieve this goal, data from 20 banks were used. In this study, it has been shown that with investment efficiency, prudential regulations increase banks' capital and reduce their risk-taking. Prudential regulations also increase the prudential behavior of banks by reducing risk and increasing the capital of banks, which indicates that most of the country's banks in recent years have moved in line with regulatory frameworks and international regulations.
